Portable ultrasound device for a clinic in Ukraine

Hello,
We are Volkau, Kavaliova, Shepelevich, Herasymov and Chaudhry families.

We live in Mississauga, ON, Canada, Houston, Texas, US and Kyiv, Ukraine. We are raising funds for the "Med-Group" City Clinic  located in Kyiv, Ukraine. Drs. Volodymyr and Elina Herasymov are our cousins, they are surgeons and work in this clinic helping wounded, injured and sick Ukrainians. 

 

Because of the Russian invasion, the number of people who urgently need medical help, plus the current economic situation in the country, and the limited financial viability of the clinic, there is a great need to purchase modern medical equipment, which will ensure the quality and speed of diagnosis and treatment.

 

One such urgent need is a modern mobile portable ultrasound device for quick and reliable diagnostics of various conditions and pathologies, including wounds in situations where timing is critical for saving the lives of patients. A significant number of patients in serious conditions cannot be transported to the clinic. Therefore, the diagnostics need to be performed at the location of the patient, and for this, you need mobile equipment, which is not yet available at the clinic.

 

We are raising funds to purchase a Clarius L7 HD3 ultra-sound scanner that is manufactured in Canada and advanced software packages for it. We will send it to the "Med-Group" City Clinic in care of Volodymyr  and Elina . Here is the link to the clinic's website: https://cityclinic.com.ua/ua
