Portishead Carnival 2025

A group of portishead residents have come together to form a new committee to deliver The Portishead Carnival for 2025.

As you maybe aware the administrative costs involved in delivering such an event can be frightening and as a new committee with no inherited funds we are launching this page to raise £5,000 to jump start the early planning applications that need to be submitted and paid for in order for us to deliver the carnival in 2025.

The committee has also made an initial enquiry to the town council to explore the possibility of match funding the amount raised.

The carnival has historically been the figure head of Portisheads community events and the committee want to bring it back for the whole community to enjoy and take part in.

Your help, however small would be deeply appreciated not just by the committee but by thousands of members of the community.
