Help the Edwards' Move - Portland or Bust!

Hi, my name is Eric Edwards. I am a single dad relocating my family to Portland from Orange County and we need your help.

River, Harper and I have been going through some major changes. We're still healing from a big loss. My children's mother and my partner of 17 years, Rachel, passed on Dec 31st after a sudden and severe illness. Now, we need to move on from our home as it is to be sold. Housing costs here in Orange County are way more than I can pay on my own, so we're going to start fresh in Portland where we have friends and family.

My kiddos are my world, now more than ever. I've been supporting them on my own since Rachel became ill, and have been saving what I can towards this move. I've tried to do it on my own. But I'm struggling hard with all the expenses and lost work. We're down to the wire and could use your help badly. Thank you so much.
