DeVonte Nash Passed Saving Son Ice Storm Portland

Please note: THIS IS THE ONLY GO FUND ME FOR DEVONTE NASH. The other 2 souls that also tragically lost their lives in this incident were siblings and have a separate Go Fund Me page.  

Please help our family with funeral expenses. DeVonte Nash passed after a tragic incident in which a tree with a power line fell onto his car in an ice storm in Portland, Oregon. Devonte’s 9 month old son was in the car and DeVonte feared for his safety and likely thought the car was catching fire. As he carried his son to safety, DeVonte slipped and fell on his back on the ice and into the power line, dying instantly. 

The family would like to send him back home so he can be laid to rest per his mother’s request. The funds will cover the transfer, funeral & possible burial. Funds will also assist the family for travel expenses to plan and attend the funeral out of town.

Devonte leaves behind children, family and friends.
