Positively Wes Winters: Share the Fun!

On March 17, 2020, when all casinos in Las Vegas were closed due to the pandemic, entertainers—including our beloved Wes Winters—found themselves abruptly out of work. Employment, paychecks, and tips from multiple venues ceased, and careers halted without warning. For someone like Wes, entertaining is not just a job—it is a necessity of the heart and a calling. Within 2 weeks, he was busy re-inventing the popular Facebook Live performances that had become a Friday night staple at the South Point. Shows from his home studio began on March 27 and have continued week after week during the pandemic, with Wes sharing not only his remarkable musical skills but also encouragement and positivity with his fans. He continues to go to great lengths to deliver high quality, live entertainment—even experimenting with new technology to improve the show.                                                                              

Sometimes those who enjoy live entertainment forget that behind the glitter and “glamor” are real people who face real-life challenges to earn a living for themselves and their families. You will note that Wes never asks for support other than your tuning in to enjoy the Facebook Live programs.  

Accordingly, on behalf of the fan club, I ask that you consider showing your support for Wes by following him on Facebook and YouTube…by spreading the word about his amazing talent and his weekly Facebook Live shows…and, if possible, by contributing to this virtual tip jar as a personal thank you for his ongoing efforts.
