TRIBAL: Three powerful stories....

Donation protected

Tribal are the powerful stories from three American Veterans about loss, revenge, and honor in the wake of the War on Terror. This film re-imagines those stories. This film will be a force-multiplier to Veterans, making sure they will never feel alone again.

Tribal is a docudrama/action film that takes the amazing stories of three U.S. Combat Veterans and brings it to life on the big screen. These warriors share their past experiences for the first time while they take us through scenes of intense combat and moments of sadness as they deal with loss on and off the battlefield. These stories reflect what it is to be an American Veteran after 20 years of war and highlight the challenges these heroes face trying to fit into modern- day society.

This is not just a Military movie or documentary, it's a film with purpose. That purpose is to create a never-before-seen film that entertains millions while raising awareness of what the modern Veteran goes through on a daily basis. We will take the audience through a journey with these and there will be a point in the film where the audience will say “ Wow, I never knew these Vets felt this way “ or “ Man, maybe that's why Steve is a little standoffish at times “. It will also be a message to all Veterans that it is ok, not to be ok. We will open a lot of people's eyes while letting our Veterans in need know it’s ok to not be, you’re not alone, and talk to someone.

The film is funded fully, and complete! Now I need to get this story out into the world. Since releasing just the teaser trailer, I have been approached by more veterans who want to share their stories as well to get the message out.

Post-production cost is another adventure in itself. Currently, we have 3 screenings in the Northern Virginia Area scheduled between August-November of 2023. We would like to take the film further and screen in more than just the Northern Virgina area and we need your help, not only for more than just these 3 screeners, but to continue the effort in sharing other Veterans messages as well.

There are numerous of ways that you can contribute to delivering this message. Any donation of any form will help veterans, the message, and the distribution to get this movie seen by as many people as possible. There is no donation too small. We need to raise 25K to be able to screen it in other states that require the travel to those states, theatre or establishment costs, advertising, social media coverage, etc. With any donation, you are helping a veteran owned film, with a veteran cause and message delivery, as well as the possibily of continuing the effort past this film. Any donation will also help us get this film into film festivals in the fall. So anything will do.

Please read current reviews from our latest screening on Aug 12th 2023 in Arlington, VA:

"The film was a great depiction of the horrors of war and the nasty after effects, both mentally and physically, that these soldiers endure. I like the build up of the film to pull people into this reality by presenting the stories of these men who are definitely united, whether by unit or by what they suffer through. Then the movie makes a great shift in the middle presenting an issue that a great percentage of soldiers deal with post war or military career. As an audience member, I felt not only engaged with the brave stories but embolden to then ask the question that I believe everyone will have waking away from a film like this: “what can I do to help”. As a film connoisseur, I also ask myself whether there will ever be a part 2 to this film as the stories of these men continue as civilians."

"Tribal is a movie that will help you understand what these Veterans go through. Many don't like to talk about what they go through and it's understandable as they are trained to be strong and to be the protectors. They have already done their part in protecting us and this country. We need to do our part now. Them coming back and having to go through a hassle to get mental health is a disservice to them and it needs to get fixed. We need to get Tribal out there so that everyone can get a glimpse of what these veterans have to deal with as they battle their own internal war in their head. Lets put in our little grain of sand. Lets help these veterans feel safe to say that they need help. Lets help them feel that they still matter after having done what they were trained to do. Lets encourage them to open up so that we can know how to help them. Lets bring Tribal to the attention of all people whom these veterans protected, all the U.S."

"Such an impactful movie. To hear first hand accounts of the challenges our serviceman and servicewomen are fighting. But more importantly, how they can overcome them. Reaching out to their squads, fellow veterans, and talking."

"Tribal is a movie that, as a veteran, hits you right in the feels. The stories that are told resonate with anyone who has served overseas and lost friends, both in theater and those that have succumbed to their wounds after returning home. PTSD is one of the biggest challenges we, as a community, face today and while great strides have been made to address it, there is still so much work to be done. This movie attacks the issue at its core, it is raw and it is powerful, holding back no punches and sugar coating absolutely nothing. The stories that are told are the stories we all have and these are stories that this country needs to hear. We've spent far too many generations spilling blood and losing good people for wars that have no meaning other than to make the top echelons more wealthy and they do that without care, and without remorse, on the backs of all of us. And we and our families pay the price for their greed. Thank you for bringing these stories to light and for keeping the integrity of them throughout the film. I look forward to many more people seeing Tribal and gaining awareness of what this country's combat veterans struggle with."
