My friend Katie and I are so excited to have the opportunity to travel to Guadalajara, Mexico to help with the amazing work that Marked by Heaven is doing to help children in need!
Marked expanded into TWO new bases in 2016, one in the city of Guadalajara and one in a village community called La Peña. These bases are used for weekly feeding programs, church services, bible studies, medical clinics, educational support groups, and children's programs for over two thousand people. We have a goal to raise $2,000 to equip these bases with pots, pans, kitchen supplies, and other necessities to keep operations going. Our heart is always to feed more hungry children, and this is an important step in that process!
We will be heading out in just TWO days, so we are praying for an overwhelming response! We would love to be able to gift our Mexico Team with everything they need to keep their ministries going and to be able to increase their impact in Guadalajara. Anything above or beyond will go towards other necessities at the bases! (chairs, tables, food, medicine, etc.)
Our trips are costing us $500 each, so if you would also like to contribute to our travel expenses, we would be so thankful!
