Aaron "Pound" Burial Expenses
Donation protected
Life is a glorious gift that should be cherished by the living and remembered for those who have transitioned onward. It is truly a journey through space and time that invariably leaves a ripple, no matter how faint. While some of those who journey with us may do so with great expectation, others do so with selfless love and giving.
Our journey may have many paths some long and some that conclude in just a single step. However, it is inevitable that no matter how wonderful or sorrowful the journey through life may be, it will eventually come to an end and we too must transition onward.
It is in times like these where someone’s journey has come to an end that we pause to reflect on the one who has gone before us and to remember that life is a gift. Be it a mother, father, child, sister, brother, grandparent, aunt, uncle, relative or friend, let us acknowledge the life and cherish the memory of this one light that has dimmed - gone too soon.
Aaron Lemonte Hunter, 23, affectionately known as “Pound,” tragically lost his life on Friday, March 11, 2016 as a result of gun violence. At the time of his death, Aaron did not have life insurance. We the Hunter Family are in financial need and help with covering Aaron’s funeral expense. T.E. Cooke –Overton Funeral Home, Inc. and Carver Memorial Cemetery have been very accommodating and generous in helping with offsetting some of the costs.
Any amount you are able to give is greatly appreciated. Donations are being accepted via GoFundMe and in person at T.E. Cooke- Overton Funeral Home, Inc.
