On Tuesday, March 3rd, the Powell Family experienced a tragic incident that has left them mourning the sudden and unimaginable loss of their beautiful Mother and Wife, Brenda.
Brenda was a kind, friendly and generous woman who dedicated the last 28 years to working with children and their families at Akron Children's Hospital as a Child Life Specialist.
Besides work and family, one of the great joys of her life was going to her children’s sporting events and cheering them on. She will be terribly missed by her many family members, friends, and colleagues.
Donations made through this GoFundMe page will go directly to Steve and Andrew, Brenda’s husband and son, to help them pay for funeral and memorial costs and to alleviate any other financial burdens associated with this tragic event.
