The Power of Connection Project is a 24 day challenge during the month of December that focuses on connecting with someone in the community each day leading up to Christmas.
It began as a way to sell Kenyan bracelets and send at-risk village girls to school.
Each day I choose a stranger, who I meet at some point during the day, gift them a bracelet and learn their story. I then share the story with all of you through social media, bringing our community a little closer during the busy holidays.
Sometimes the connection is the gift. Other times, needs arise that the community can fill. This fundraiser is a place for those wishing to help the vulnerable in our community with the things they need most.
Join in the challenge that the world needs right now, the challenge to CONNECT.
100% of the funds raised through this link will go directly to a community need or to sponsor a Kenyan girl's education.
There are currently 20 young women waiting to be sponsored for this school year at a cost of $650 a year.
