Wheelchair debt help

**edit** I now have the wheelchair and motor I needed however I had to take out a loan, and am now in debt to have been able to get it, which is why I’ve kept the go fund me up :)

Hi, I’m Sasha, I’m 20 years old and have POTS, Tourette’s, and possibly other chronic illnesses.

I have to use a wheelchair to get around, especially to get to art school which is two buses away. I don’t want to have to give up on my life and I want to be able to make something of myself and my art career.

I was lucky enough to have a wheelchair donated to me, however it is extremely old and rickety, so old that even some specialists at a store I took it to didn’t know the brand. I’ve had to buy brakes and side guards and new tires for it and none of them even fit it properly because it is such an old model, the wheels have even fallen off a couple times while I’ve been using it, making me fall onto the street

I also struggle with pushing myself around for the length of time that I have to, I have severe fatigue and muscle weakness even without this, and a power assist would completely change my life
