Help Kay and Charles Phillips

Kay had open heart surgery 5 weeks ago and developed an infection. When they put wound vac on they discovered that her sternum had died along with tissue muscle ligaments blood vessels and part of the ribs. Part of her sternum had to be removed.  She has had 4 surgerys and will have to have reconstruction surgery of her sternum. Hospital in Valdosta can do nothing else for her.  She is now at Emory where they plan to do the reconstructive surgery.  Charles has been staying by her side as much as possible.  But he has no days left to take at work and they have little or no income.  Their stay could be a long one and they need all the help possible... even $10 or $20 would help buy a meals for Charles while he is there. Folks please help this wonderful couple who have many friends in our community.  Thank you for any support you can give!
