PPE for CT Healthcare Workers

Convexity Scientific Inc is a Connecticut-based MedTech startup with a focus on respiratory health. The rise and spread of COVID-19 is a significant threat and one that requires an all-hands approach. In response, we are repurposing our supply chain to manufacture and import personal protective equipment (PPE) in effort to help keep safe the brave providers of care on the front lines. 


Funding at target of $10,000 will support:

                         - Sourcing of 5,000 KN95 respirator masks
                         - Import and transportation costs
                         - Direct delivery to site of need 

Recipients (list will be updated as contacts are made and verified): 

                         - Yale New Haven Health (e.g Yale New Haven, Bridgeport Hospital, Greenwich Hospital, Lawrence and Memorial)
                         - Hartford HealthCare (e.g. Hartford Hospital, St. Vincent's Medical Center, Midstate Hospital, Backus Hospital)
                         - City of Hartford


Please note, in the event that the project becomes over-funded relative the amount of goods available or beyond the total cost of our initiative the remaining funds will be donated to a 501C(3) COVID-19 related charity.
