Our Goal
PPE for the NT! Seeking funding support for some additional 3D Printers to print and suuply Personal Protective Equipment to our front-line staff, 3D printed by our local community. Our small group of local NT volunteers have joined forces to turn a hobby into an activity that can make a difference during this difficult time.
Under the guidance of a well established organisation, the Open Manufacturer Alliance (OMA) we have begun printing Personal Protection Equipment to assist people working on the front-line in the Northern Territory. We have a hub for quality control and processes in place to ensure that the local NT people have a chance to come together and do what we can in this difficult time, to help our fellow Territorians.

The Open Manufacturers Alliance Australia (OMA-AUS) has emerged as a response to the desire from highly skilled small to medium agile manufacturing companies wishing to assist front line health workers through the production of Health PPE materials.

Our Team and How you can help
This campaign is to raise money for some additional 3D printers to help ensure we have the capacity to help. Our current team of 4 locals and 5 printers are working hard to do what we can, however to ensure we can provide continuity over the coming months we need some help from our fellow Territorians. Your donation will help buy a few additional printers and additional filament (the plastic 3D printers use to print with) to keep up with potential demand and enable the printing of more advanced PPE as needed by our people on the front-line.
We want to be self sufficient as a state, especially in times of crisis and I believe this will be one way we can come together and lend a hand.
