Help support Courtney

In the early morning on Tuesday July 13 around 4:45 am my brother Courtney aka “C-note” was hit by a car in Richmond (on San Pablo Ave and Solano). Instead of stopping, the vehicle fled the scene leaving him there to die in the middle of the streets. After laying in the middle of a busy intersection unconscious for 14 minutes, A good samaritan helped out and called the police. Courtney was then airlifted to John Muir intensive care unit and is currently on a breathing machine with multiple broken ribs, a broken femur, collapsed lungs and his kidneys are not functioning normally due to the trauma.

Since the accident he has been in a medically induced coma and has undergone 3 surgeries. During his last surgery on 7/16/21, they had to stop due to his pulse dropping below normal. We still have a long way to recovery as the doctor notified us they still have more surgeries to perform in order to save his right leg.

The cost of his medical bills are rising. Unfortunately, he doesn’t have medical insurance. We have set up this fund with Dorothea’s (our moms) consent to help our family with medical expenses. We are asking you to donate whatever you can. Thank you so much for your love and support
