Much needed back surgery

My name is Diana, I am my husband's full time caregiver. He has pancreatitis with nonsurgical cysts and cirrhosis of the liver. He is unable to work.

I also work full time in hospitality. I am in need of both lower (spines fusion) and upper back ( injections and nerve burning) surgery. Im 51 years old. I use a walker every day now. I am in severe pain everyday now. I need to get better so I can continue taking care of my husband and working so we don't become homeless.

I have insurance which covers 75% of the surgery. I was just informed that before I can have surgery, I have to pay $3,500. , Which is half of the 25% which I am responsible for.

I don't have that!

We live in low income housing, pay $1,000 monthly. With my income and my husband's Social security we just manage to cover our monthly bills.

I'm not one who usually asks for help, but right now I'm desperate. If there is anything g anyone can do to help, my husband and I would be very greatful
