In loving memory of Prasannah Prabhakharan

We are heartbroken and devastated to announce the passing of our son, husband, brother, uncle and friend, Dr. Prasannah Prabhakharan on Friday 31 January 2025.

Those that were lucky enough to have met Prasannah (or Praz), know just how caring, generous, fiercely passionate and an equally loyal person he was. We will miss these and so many more qualities about him, but are comforted by the many wonderful memories and times we have made and shared with him.

Praz never let the challenges in his life stop him from achieving all that he did. Academically, in 2014, he completed his PhD before ardently pursuing his professional career in road safety. Personally, he equally achieved and was so proud to be an uncle to his nieces and nephew.

In lieu of flowers, we kindly request that you consider making a donation in memory of Prasannah between now and the end of February.

All money raised will be donated equally to the Starlight Children’s Foundation and St Vincent’s Curran Foundation - two organisations that played important roles in Praz’s life.
