My name is Jay Bingham and I'm Blessed with a Wonderful Wife of almost 20 years and Mother to our 2 young teenagers, Her name is Rose. (Yes, she is as Beautiful as her name is to the flower). Our Smart and Talented Son just graduated High School and our Sweet and Talented Daughter just started the 8th grade. Here's why we need your assistance and praying for a Christmas miracle.

We have lived in this house for 8 years that we now call our Home.

The original owner built it and for personal reasons moved out and we leased it from her and moved in a week before Christmas, 8 years ago. This was the Happiest and first of many Christmas's with Family and Friends in our new home. Three years later the current owner bought it as an investment property and continued the lease to us. We have gone through 3 lease renewals and rate increases over the past 5 years. Our payments are always made and are current and unfortunately our lease has ended and the owner is retired and selling off all of his investment properties. Several months ago the realtor informed us that the owner doesn't intend to renew our lease although he is wanting to give us the 1st option to buy. We settled on a cash deal price and have a civil court date of December 19th due to the terms of our tenancy and occupation has ended. If we cannot buy or find someone to buy who is willing to lease or owner finace to us we could be forced by police to move out in as little as 5 days later which Ironically is Christmas eve. Since April I have actively pursued various financial options and this process is difficult and taking a lot more time than expected. This is precisely the reason the owner wants a quick cash deal. I want to express I'm not upset at the owner or the real estate lease agency. The owner is a nice man and has always been a good landlord. The leasing agency are very nice people and his/our personal lease representative is like a friend to us. We are running out of time and could use your help in praying for our cause, contributing financially if able (towards our down payment and purchase), and/or spreading the word to any kind hearted souls or investors.
