Prayers for Keyarah
Donation protected
On Jan 27th, early morning, my niece Keyarah Mendoza (21 yrs old) was on her way to work traveling on 495 southbound, when a tractor-trailer traveling in the middle lane cut into Keyarah’s lane. The trailer hit her car, causing my niece's car to flip multiple times out of control. Keyarah was ejected from the back window of her car and landed on the fast lane of the northbound side of the highway. Cars on the northbound side swerved, trying to avoid hitting her badly injured body. Pedestrians traveling on the northbound side of the highway positioned their cars to block other vehicles from running her over.
By the grace of God, there were two medical professionals on their way to work who quickly ran to render First Aid. They performed CPR and were able to resuscitate her before the ambulance arrived. Once at the hospital emergency procedures had to be performed before she could be airlifted to a hospital in Boston that was better equipped to treat all the damages caused by the accident. Keyarah suffered severe head trauma, along with other serious injuries from head to toe. Keyarah’s parents have not left her bedside since the day it happened. They eagerly await for her to regain consciousness.
I am starting this fundraiser because this is going to be a very long road to recovery for Keyarah and I am hoping this fundraiser will assist her and her parents with this huge financial burden.
