UPDATE: Catherine has a job interview today ( 3/7) so please lift her up in prayer! It’s been a month since she got laid off and despite sending out 20+ resumes and having 3 interviews, she is still in desperate need of assistance. She got her first Unemployment check this week and it will take 3 more weeks to cover just rent and car payments. Her savings are dwindling and we are hoping to raise at least enough to cover her basics while she keeps hunting for a job that can sustain her needs. She applied for food stamps and that should help too but her dietary needs with MS are a little more spendy than the average joe’s diet. Please know that she is working hard to remedy this problem so I’m sure it will be temporary. Hi, my name is Doug Bey and my wife Cindi and I are long time friends of Catherine Bogan. Catherine, who has suffered from Multiple Sclerosis (MS) since 2007, was recently laid off from her job. She is a very special lady with a kind heart and will be facing significant financial and emotional challenges in the months ahead as she searches for a new job and can get back to work. She has been single and very independent throughout all of these trials, and could really use all the help she can get. If you would like to make a small contribution to help with her housing, daily living and medical expenses, I know she would be forever grateful. More importantly, I ask that you keep Catherine in your hearts and prayers until she is able to get back on her feet and return to work. As most of you know, unemployment benefits do not even begin to fill the financial needs of one who finds themself in this situation.
