Troy and his wife Janet both work with me as personal trainers at Mountainside Fitness in Surprise AZ.  Troy was recently diagnosed with Squamous cell carcinoma in his lymph node.  It is considered throat cancer with an unknown primary source.  My prayer is that we can help the Sienkiewicz family with any financial help you can, along with constant prayer.  Troy will have to be out of work for a minimum of 8 weeks and Janet would like to be able to take as much time as she can to stay home with him during his surgery recovery, radiation and chemotherapy.  Any help would be appreciated more than words can say.
