Hi All,

On the 1st March our good friend Phil was involved in a serious accident while quad biking in Scotland. Phil was air lifted to the Royal Infirmary hospital in Edinburgh and placed in a medically induced coma as he fights for his future and that of his family.

Phil remains in ICU and in a critical condition with major head injuries and the next few days are critical. Those of you that know Phil personally will know him as a man mountain, a friendly giant, and a big personality in any room. If anyone can pull through this, Phil can, but this really is the fight of his life.

Phils wife Kate is by his side today, as she has been for last 14years and doing everything she can to bring him home to their children Betsy and Ted.

We started this page for them. In amongst the sadness and the distress of what has happened there is a financial pressure too. Kate and the children need to remain in Scotland to be with Phil. We are praying he makes a full recovery but that recovery will at best be a very long one. Phil recently started his own business and his hospitalisation means there is added pressure on Kate and the family at a very difficult time.

We’d like to ask any of you that would like to and are able to, to donate what you can to support Phil and his family. If there’s one small thing we can do to help Phil, Kate & their children it’s to reduce the burden of financial pressure while Phil fights to get through this.

Even if you can’t spare the money please spare a thought and a prayer. We believe in you Phil, we love you and we want you to come home.
