Amanda Mashburn Ream was recently diagnosed with an extremely rare brain tumor.  This was completely unexpected as Amanda has always been very healthy and without any medical problems.  To date, Amanda has had a biopsy of the tumor as well as bilateral shunt placement to reduce intracranial pressure.  Neurosurgeons at Emory are working diligently to diagnose this rare tumor so a treatment plan can be enacted.  

As Amanda and her family navigate this life      changing diagnosis and impending treatment, we primarily ask for prayers. Prayers for the
medical staff at Emory to correctly diagnose  this tumor and develop an effective treatment plan. Prayers for Amanda’s family, including her husband and children, parents, and extended family as they travel this road with her. Most of all, we ask for prayers for Amanda that she will overcome this mighty obstacle and one day share her life changing testimony with others.
