Preparing for Issac's final journey

Hello, my name is Leiha and I am Issac McCann’s sister. Unfortunately, my brother was just diagnosed with terminal liver failure. The failure has now progressed to kidney failure as well and his time is limited. We are raising money for his final expenses as well as after for his little kids and wife including his brand new baby girl.

I would love to help him not have to worry about the medical expenses and arrangements for end of life care or any future costs that may arise.
