Prescott’s recovery BMX bikes fund
Donation protected
Over this past weekend while others are building up the excitement of racing in the Mid America National BMX races, Chad Prescott was having to explain to his three boys (Cooper, Christian, and Cruz) that the races they were anticipating would now be subject to a lot of bumps and roadblocks. While others were asleep in Kansas City, someone decided to cut the locks on the Prescott’s trailer outside their hotel and steal 6 of their racing bikes leaving only one behind. While the BMX community tried to help at the races with lending bikes and swapping plates, this still left the Prescotts going home with an empty trailer and only one bike. As many know, BMX is the thing that drives these boys and they are amazing at what they do. Chad will work up until time to leave, travel throughout the night, just to arrive just in time for a race. If you have ever seen Chad at races, he is bouncing from one place to another supporting each kid in every race, all while doing this by himself. At times he is keeping up with six main motos, not counting the motos that has got each kid to that place. Not to mention the countless kids he is encouraging or giving pointers to between the races. And he does this all without thinking twice about it. Chad has provided for those boys unselfishingly and he would not ever ask for anything. That is why this BMX Go Fund Me has been set up. SEVERAL people in the BMX community have asked what they can do to help, you can help by making a simple donation to help them restore the costs of the bikes. Any amount would be greatly appreciated. Like I mentioned above, Chad would never ask for this himself, he would just spend countless hours working to restore the cost when he needs to spend those hours being dad to the boys. All proceeds will go toward the Prescott’s bikes to recover the cost of them.
