Preserve Irvine Park, St. Paul's Historic Gem
Would you like to make a difference? Any donation will help restore Irvine Park to its intended beauty, ensuing that the Park will be a place of pride-filled memories for our vast community today, and for the next generations of St. Paulites.
For over a century Irvine Park has been a place where memories have been made, a timeless escape to shed the distractions of the rest of the city to spend a peaceful moment with friends, family, or a pause for refreshing solitude. The Park is a destination devoted to companionship, weddings, engagements, anniversaries, and proms. An inspirational green space in St. Paul’s downtown where artists come to paint, draw, write, and share music. A square untouched by modernity, where the first homes of St. Paul still stand strong, preserved as the original founders of the St. Paul once knew them.
We are raising money to preserve Irvine Park, a gem of St. Paul. To maintain the authentic beauty of the Park for all of St. Paul to enjoy. To ensure anyone may venture upon the green and make their own memories. We ask you to be a part of this effort to maintain this iconic Irvine Park.
The Historic Irvine Park Association in the Spring of 2021 raised the funds and worked with the City of Saint Paul to maintain the Gazebo, replacing much of the old wood, cleaning the stone, and painting the structure in traditional Victorian colors. The Gazebo is a cornerstone of the Park for gathering, music, and relaxation. This was the first of many critical projects that Historic Irvine Park Association will be undertaking with the City of St. Paul to ensure the safety, beauty, and history of the park remain intact.
This is where you can make an incredible difference. Please give to Historic Irvine Park Association and Historic St. Paul to support these efforts. These projects will only be possible through donations. There is no other funding source. We are reliant upon you, the community to preserve this treasure used by so many people from near and far.
