The initial reason behind this GoFundMe was to show our gratitude for the care and kindness that Mduduzi puts into tending the graves of our loved ones resting in Zimbabwe. His work brings peace and comfort to so many of us who live far away, knowing that our families are being cared for with such dignity and respect.

For those who know Mduduzi personally, you’ll know that his beloved wife has long suffered from a condition called Osteogenesis Imperfecta — a challenging illness that comes with constant pain, complications, and high medical costs.

Today, she is in hospital, in urgent need of major medical care. As many of us know, accessing healthcare in Zimbabwe is not easy. She is also suffering from severe anemia, and the blood bank requires payment upfront in U.S. dollars (cash) before treatment can continue.

We understand that times are difficult for many, and this request does not come lightly. Mduduzi can provide proof of medical bills or hospital documentation to anyone who wishes to verify before donating — transparency is very important to him.

From the bottom of our hearts, we are asking for any contribution, no matter how small, to help Mduduzi and his wife through this difficult time.

Although the goal on this page cannot currently be adjusted and begins at zero, please know that previous funds raised have already gone toward purchasing a vehicle and the tools and equipment that allow Mduduzi to continue his invaluable work — bringing peace of mind to families like ours around the world.
