Pressure relieving mattress and bedframe

Hi,

My name is Christy and I am helping my cousin raise money for a new bed. In 2019 Chelsee suffered a catastrophic neck injury in a car accident that left her quadriplegic, paralyzed from the chest down. All of her movement must be assisted by others, which makes her sleep routine difficult. She needs to change positions often, but with a traditional spring mattress hospital bed, she is starting to experience complications. Her skin is very fragile and requires constant care. When she gets a pressure wound, caused by something pressing on her skin, it takes extensive time to heal because the blood flow and mobility is diminished from her injury. She would like to be able to invest in a larger pressure relieving mattress and bedframe with all the same capabilities as a hospital bed. This is very expensive, but would improve her quality of sleep and life significantly.

Please consider donating to a fantastic young lady who is living on a fixed income trying to live each day to its fullest. She is unable to do this when she is bedridden for months waiting for pressure wounds to heal. Thank you!
