Pretty girl life saving surgery

My name is Cori I have been blessed to be the owner and fur mom to my 8 yr old cavachon shih tzu her name is pretty girl. Last year pretty girl was diagnosed with IVDD which is intervertebral disc disease. It causes her to have severe pain through her spinal cord and is unable to walk or do daily living things like using the bathroom. I have tried my hardest to keep her healthy and now we have to come to a point that surgery is needed or I will have to euthanize her. The cost of her MRI and surgery is 9000. I am asking for any help that you can spare. It is holiday season so we understand and appreciate any help we can get. She is a fun loving dog with so much life in her and if we can get help it can save her life.
