Prevent Eviction and Keep Kids Safe

I just got out of a bad relationship of verbal and physical abuse that has put me in a worse situation. I am risking losing the right to my 2 kids and my home. If anyone can help, please do so. I have 10 days to pay the debt or I lose my kids and home. Anything helps, even if it's $1. Please, I'm begging you. I pay $100 a week for Uber to take me to and from work every day. I get paid $15 per hour and work from 5 am to 1:30 pm, Mon-Fri, if I don't have a court date or a reason to miss a day of work. I pay $160 for my cable and $65 for my phone a month. My electric bill is $600. I pay $1068 for the apartment. I pay $80 every 2 weeks for my cat's food and litter expenses, and I can't lose my cat because he detects my seizures. I pay $400 a month for my kids' needs. If I have an eviction notice, nobody will accept me. I haven't been able to save a dime because of my expenses, and if I leave now, I break my lease and nobody will rent to me for that too. I have nobody that will let me stay with them and save money temporarily. I'm currently about to lose my apartment if my debt is not paid within 10 days.
