Preventive Dental Care Needed

Hello, My name is Kendall and I am 22 years old. I have recently learned that I am going to need extensive dental treatment to prevent further medical issues from worsening and arriving due to the shape/positioning of my jaw and teeth.

Currently it has led to a steady increase over the last few months of headaches, migraines and pain/stiffness in my jaw affecting my day to day life and this will only increase and become more serious.

I work full-time but unfortunately my health benefits do not cover dental and I'm unelegiable for any goverment assistance to help cover even a portion of the cost as it is not deemed emergency at this stage; as this is the prevention treatment to keep it from becoming an emergency.

Without this treatment I am at high risk of medical conditions worsening, becoming physically deliberating and loss of teeth.

This is something that could have been prevented as a child but my mother had neglected to listen to my dentist on multiple occasions as she believed it was "a scam for money"; the frustrating side is I would have understood if she couldn't afford it out of pocket but that's not the case as it would have been completely covered by goverment funding and Healthy Smiles.

Due to her neglect to me as a child, I am now suffering and struggling to get help to cover this enormous dental bill.

With the amount of work that is needed done I'm looking at a 2-2.5 year medical treatment.

I appreciate any consideration and time you've taken to look at my go fund me and I'm very grateful for any help I do receive as this is a very high cost I am struggling to afford on my own.
