Price Family Fighting Cancer

We have some great news. The price family got news that the tumor is gone and the lesions are mostly gone or reduced in size. His lymph nodes have reduced in size

Hi, My name is Xochil and I am putting together a GoFundMe for my dear friend Sunshine Price and her family. All donations will be going to help her family in this time of need. Please read their story below:

On Feb 15, 2023 Chris Price went into the doctor for a stomach ache. After bloodwork and a trip to a specialist, the Price family found out he had a large mass in his abdomen. After several tests on March 12th, they discovered the mass was 12cm and attached to his colon. He also had several lesions on his liver and surrounding lymph nodes. A surgery was scheduled for March 27th to remove the mass but unfortunately, it was not successful. They were told that the tumor has attacked the main blood source of the small bowel and the surgeon felt that removing the tumor would cause the demise of Chris. Luckily, the doctor said treatment is an option but with the potential to cause a hole in his colon.

Fast forward to April 3 while Chris is recovering, Baby Z is born.

Chris started his Chemotherapy on April 24 and has had 4 rounds. He has been out of work for 9 weeks and has taken a major pay cut because the DOT will not approve him to drive again for an undetermined amount of time.

Chris is currently Stage 4 malignant neoplasm of the transverse colon (CMS/HCC) and has iron deficiency anemia due to chronic blood loss. The Price family needs your help to cover the cost of ongoing medical bills and utility bills. Sunshine is unable to work due to having an infant plus 2 boys at home. Chris is too weak to watch them if she were to go back to work.

Sunshine and I are working hard to apply for multiple financial aid options from the cancer foundation but bills stack up quickly. Your donation will help her family out tremendously.
