Prince William County Transparency in Government

**UPDATED BELOW** We're raising money to hold the Prince William County Board of Supervisors accountable to We The People.

On May 31st, 2020, five members of the county board of supervisors participated in a secretive meeting where they discussed county business. They:

1) did not invite the full board,
2) did not inform the public,
3) did not take recordings of the meeting or record minutes.

These actions constitute a crime under Virginia FOIA law § 2.2-3707. 

Help us take them to task to let them know that  only tyrants rule from the shadows and in Virginia doesn't take to kindly to tyrants.

We have secured legal counsel and the retainer is $10,000. The expected cost is between $10-$15k. No work can be completed until the funds are raised.
