Princess Ivory's Family Recovery Fund

This beautiful smile belongs to my grandaughter Ivory. On Friday, July 21, 2023, Ivory was mauled by the dog of a family friend. She suffered extensive injuries to her forehead, scalp, neck and back, and had to be taken into surgery at Children's Hospital in Aurora overnight on Friday night. Thankfully, none of her injuries proved to be life-threatening, but this poor little angel has such a long road of recovery ahead of her.

Her surgery involved stretching her remaining scalp to try and cover the areas that were removed to the bone during the attack. Unfortunately, the injured area was too large to completely repair this way, and she will likely have to endure skin grafts at some point in the near future. Her mother Emma has never left her side, and she's had lots of family around her for love and support. This is where I am asking for your help.

Ivory's dad, my son Sevin, is the sole provider for the family and has been working out of town to take care of them. Due to this tragedy, he had to abruptly leave work, and come home to be with his little girl. It isn't known yet how long he will need to stay here. He has not been with this company for long enough for FMLA Protections to be in place, so we have to prepare for anything at this point.

With Sevin being unable to work right now, and their family still needing to pay bills, I am asking for any support that you can give. Every donation will go straight to Emma and Sevin to pay their traveling expenses and living expenses as they navigate this waking nightmare.
