Princess kitty’s operation
Donation protected
Princess is a homeless cat. I trapped her and had her fixed when she was a few months old and I have been putting out food for her and the other homeless cats in the neighborhood ever since.
One morning I found her hanging from the fence, her rear leg stuck between the boards. I broke the fence to release her. She ran away and I didn’t see her again for 5 days.
She’s been back for a few weeks, and I finally got a good look at her leg. I can see the bone. I believe the fence acted as a tourniquet, and the foot is “dead” and needs to be amputated. She seems to be in good health apart from her leg. She is eating normally and greets me at the door.
I would like like to help this cat. I finally found a vet that will treat a feral. The amount I’m asking for is the price listed on the website of a local animal hospital for a rear leg amputation for a cat. The funds raised will be used to pay the vet for the exam, operation, medication and any other expenses.
Although Princess is a feral cat, she is very sweet and allows me to pet her. I feel responsible for her since I’ve been feeding her since she was born. I will keep her in my house while she recovers.
Please help Princess. The appointment for her exam is Monday.
Thanks.
