Gas Leak Explosion - Relief for the Meyer Family
*******
This fundraiser will absolutely NOT benefit me, Amber (Modeen) Sonntag. All donations will be sent to the family of Eugene Meyer, specifically to Connie Pouliet, daughter of Eugene, mother of Leah who survived and sister of John who also survived the recent house explosion. I am a personal friend of the family and the funds will directly benefit the victims.

Our community asks for your help in donating funds to help our neighbors and friends who experienced a gas leak explosion on July 22, 2021 in Princeton Minnesota.
At around noon on Thursday, Eugene Meyer turned the kitchen stove on to make lunch. His granddaughter Leah was laying on the couch and son John was on his way up the stairs from the basement when the explosion occurred from the gas leak in the kitchen. The impact took the life of Mr. Meyer, and blew his granddaughter out the front window of the house, John was rescued by a neighbor from the basement stairwell. Leah and John did survive the explosion.
Both surviving victims are recovering with severe burns, in the care of their family at this time. They will most likely need extra funding for clean up, clothing, personal care items, medical expenses and more.
Their house is completely leveled. This family has lost all of their belongings and lifelong memories within their home. Your help is greatly appreciated!
All donations will be sent to Eugene's daughter Connie Pouliet for relief during this difficult time of loss.
