Prince Vodoo's hip surgery

Please help Prince Vodoo get his hip surgery! My little fur baby was born with a hip problem. This didn't show up until much later and has now gotten to the point where he can't use his leg anymore. I want my little baby to get his surgery so he can be a happy and healthy boy again. He has Arthritis inside his hip bone that gets worse by the day and I can't stand seeing him in pain. Any help would be appreciated.
