Priscilla Garcia with Medical help

My name is Roberta Sylvis, on behalf of her husband Bruce, her children and family, we are asking for funds for my sister Priscilla Garcia who has been diagnosed with a tumor in her head that is growing rapidly. She has also been diagnosed with cancer. She is losing eye sight and hearing. Her husband Bruce is the sol provider for her and their insurance will not pay 100 percent. This will be long term since the Doctors are unable to remove tumor. Cancer is incurable.
