Priscilla Hernandez also known as Flaca to family
Donation protected
This is Kimberlyn Sandoval long time family friend and sister-in-law to Priscilla Hernandez. Priscilla has always been a great source of fun, love, acceptance, and story telling. We love her for it and will greatly miss this about her. If you know Priscilla you know she is apart of everybody's family, cousin to so and so, and Tia to all you babies she loved. With that being said, I think she kept her suffering to a minimum and only shared with a few. Only allowing those closest to her to see what she was dealing with and even with that putting on a good face and acting like "its no big deal". Last time some of us saw her alive, she was thinly ill, but still in good spirits. I thought we had more time, but that was Priscilla wanting to give us all more time. Priscilla's journey began a few years ago. She had been misdiagnosed and treated with medication harmful to her body. Then there were several trips to the ER, most involving admittance to control her symptoms, then to be sent home with basically no answers. It wasn't until recently (4-6weeks ago) that we learned she had a mass and it was Stage 3 Colon cancer. While admitted at Cedars Sinai Hospital she underwent a few treatments of Chemo and later followed with radiation. Due to Priscilla's congenital heart condition surgery to remove the mass was impossible. She had a stroke, blood clot to the brain, and complications. Priscilla had accepted God as our Savior and was at peace, as she told her Dr, and felt no pain, prior to her stroke. His Will Be Done... removing her pain prior to taking her home.
At this time we ask that you consider any donation possible as Priscilla had no insurance to cover burial costs. She leaves behind her sons Juan Jack 32, Christopher 21, daughter Christan 23, brothers Frankie 42, Cruz 33, granddaughters Aaliyah 16, Angelina 12, Aniyah 8 months, and grandson Xavier 1 yr.
Your donation would be greatly appreciated and help bring a little relief to the family during this most difficult time.
