Prison Pandemic Papers Zine (Cory Cardinal)

Free Lands Free Peoples is fundraising to purchase a headstone for the late Cory Charles Cardinal, Cree poet and prisoner justice advocate.

Those who donate $20 or more will receive a copy of the "Prison Pandemic Papers," a zine of Cory's writing and artwork. The zine details Cory's experience in jail during the pandemic, the injustices faced by incarcerated people in Saskatchewan during that time, and the acts of resistance in which they engaged, including three hunger strikes in early 2020.

We are grateful to Cory's family, who supports this fundraising effort and the sharing of his writing and artwork.
