Private landlords: 1 weeks rent to aid Ukrainians

It has been devastating to see and hear the humanitarian crisis unfold in Ukraine and neighbouring countries in recent days. Your heart goes out to every man, woman and child caught up in this conflict, many of whom have had to flee their homes for safe refuge.

Andy and I were chatting about how we could help. As HMO landlords ourselves, we realised that we know a lot of other landlords up and down the country. If we were willing to donate 1 week's rent for 1 room, perhaps our colleagues in the wider landlord community would too? By joining together as professionals, we can have the most impact.
