Production Space for Lousy Hunters Doughnuts

We're proud to announce we’ve started a vegan doughnut company in Raleigh, NC, finally taking the leap to realize a dream that we've been incubating for many years now. Deep-fried, yeast-raised beauties using only clean ingredients. Raleigh is where we've let our roots grow and take hold, and Raleigh is where we want Lousy Hunters Doughnuts to live, too. When we launched, we had no idea we would be blessed with the degree of support we've been receiving. We've been at it for a few months now, and we've found ourselves with a good problem to have: difficulty keeping up with demand. After some hunting, we have finally found a production space. It will be ours full time, allowing us both to hold wholesale accounts with shops around Raleigh, Durham, Apex, Wake Forest, and Chapel Hill and to cater weddings, events, and parties—you name it! We’ve covered half of the expenses but need a little help with the rest. That's where you, our community, can save the day! The money raised will go towards a commercial fryer, a proofer, a refrigerator, a stove and other start-up expenses. We have big plans for Lousy Hunters Doughnuts, but we need a little boost to help us take the next leap to large scale production.
