Hi, my name is Ellie Horrocks. I am 20 years old from Bradford UK! My dream is to inspire as many young girls as possible to dream big! I love showing people you can literally do anything if you put your mind to it! Last year I broke the Guinness world record for most Chest to floor burpees in 24 hours! Raising over £10,500 for blood cancer UK.

This summer I am going to be the youngest female to run the length of the UK from John O Groats to Lands End! Over 880miles!

Run the UK in 20 days being 20 years old and raise money for at least 20 Defibs! (Project202020)

I want to raise money for defibs for local/ small gyms, grassroots sport clubs around the country! The aim is to raise 20, I have 20 days of running so the goal is to place one defib along the route that day somewhere!

I choose defibs as, as much as I don't want the machines to be used in the first place... if they need to be used they will potentially save someones life and keep a family together for longer! I've had investigations on my heart for the past couple of years due to an abnormal ECG I had at a triathlon event! I have realised how important it is to have Defibs close by! I want to buy as many as possible, the more defibs I buy the more lives we save!

I have set up a go fund me page, however non of the money will be going to me personally, it will all be going into the event! From buying the Defibs to promoting this challenge to raise even more money... to buy even more Defibs. I have set up a foundation it is just taking a while to process! But want to start raising money now!
