PROJECT DREAM HOMES

Now entering its 40th year, World Bird Sanctuary is at a turning point of growth and rejuvenation - we are on our way to developing into a more state-of-the-art educational and sanctuary institution, where bird health and wellness remain at the forefront of our mission. 
Our first step to overall improvement is to update all of the enclosures on our site with the greatest enrichment of our resident birds in mind. 
This means rebuilding each enclosure taller and larger - with better, sturdier materials and more natural environments inside. 
Just imagine...large clear pools, high nesting platforms and a diversity of perching and foraging areas. Our birds deserve the very best!
This money raised will fund our flagship enclosure, so we can use this piece as an example to raise even more funds year after year and eventually give each one of our birds their dream home.
