Prompt treatment and tests for Marlo and Monty

Hi my name is Mel and I live on my own with my three cats Monty , Maisie and Marlo, I am in my 50,s , and I suffer with chronic health problems , my kitty’s are my family . Indeed I have no family other than my elderly father who lives far away. Monty Maisie and Marlo too love each other so much and despite my health I try to do the best for my kitty’s always I can only insure one kitty , Monty and Marlo are under an animal hospital, that lately is doing huge delays in treating them that is. very worrying for me I love them so so much. To make matters worse I went into hospital for a routine operation to have a feeding tube put in and I was admitted a couple of nights for this operation , a day or so later I developed an infection it turns out I was contaminated in theatre with E. coli wound infection I now know it is and readmitted very ill. I’m still poorly , Monty the kitty on the right has been diagnosed with Idiopathic feline cystitis a recurring painful condition lifelong often stress related , and when I went back into hospital, he fretted and it made his condition worse as we are very close he is a very sensitive cat , he was yowling in pain and put on medication .A bladder scan would help identify any further problems. Marlo then became I’ll with chronic diarrhoea and lost a lot of weight, the diarrhoea got worse he was delayed in being seen an my Dad whose a pensioner had to help out so he could be seen urgently at a private vet . His blood results show elevated liver and the vet said he needs a scan an urine test as scans are £1000 that couldn’t be done so they just sent the blood work to the animal hospital who are delaying his treatment again, they did say he could have hepatitis possibly or a liver shunt . I’m so worried about him he is only 1, and I am watching him get thin and look so frail , I’m terrified I will lose him , and you can see from the photo how close they are . I want to get him the help he needs . And think waiting could affect the outcome . They are so so precious to me . And I really need help in getting them the scans and tests they need as soon as possible , it’s so difficult , because I am feeling poorly and the stress of worrying about them not getting the help they need isn’t helping. Please can you help I can’t tell you how much I love them . At one time they were healthy fluffy cats and it breaks my heart to see them suffer. I never had children I have no family network plus I am mainly housebound due to my health conditions I want to get them help as soon as possible . So I’m asking if anyone can help me at all . Maisie is the only healthy kitty at present. Ideally It would be better if they could be admitted to get the help they need ASAP
