ProspHER is a UK-based events and education company with a proven track record of supporting women to achieve their professional aspirations 10X faster than traditional methods with their in-person ProspHER Fest events and online ProspHER Quest learning platform.

Since launching the company in 2017, our experienced team understand that when opening businesses, women struggle to translate their long-term visions into more manageable and attainable goals and objectives, which leads to female-founded businesses being 13% more likely to shut down within 2 years than male-founded companies.

This is a massive problem that has resulted in over 20% of all female-owned enterprises already closing since COVID-19, which can be blamed on the lack of time, money and opportunity-based obstacles.

Therefore, if business owners cannot break down their future desires into achievable goals, then their potential for success is reduced due to overwhelm, confusion and lack of affordable focused direction, informed

planning and decision making.

Not only does this impact the equality of women, holding female professionals back from their potential success also has worldwide social, financial and economic effects.

To solve this problem ProspHER is fundraising to develop software for female-founders and career women, that easily converts the visions for their lives into long, medium and short-term goals, that are then used to create monthly, weekly and daily action plans.

This ProspHER Wish tool will allow women to create an AI-generated vision board, and with questions and prompts turn this vision of their future lives into tangible strategic goals and objectives, to keep them on track towards the achievement of these visions as quickly and efficiently as possible.

It will also support them in making informed business decisions and provide accountability with frequent reminders of actions due, and celebration of milestones accomplished.

Because ProspHER Wish focuses on the process, and supports the journey of achieving the longer term visions, users will be able to perform at their best and reach their aspirations at a much quicker pace than traditional vision board creation and goal setting activities.

Plus, from research we have conducted post-pandemic, ProspHER Wish will be at least 80% more efficient than a user independently creating a vision board as a one-off exercise due to the integrated accountability and support, and 50% more efficient than traditional business strategy coaching that usually involves a high amount of money and time investment (and is often unattainable to new female-founders due to this).

ProspHER Wish will also reduce the closures of female-founded businesses by at least 25% by users achieving their goals faster and improving business income generation, sales, cash-flow and finances through more informed and focused decision-making.
