Prostate Cancer Surgery (Cirugia Cancer Prostata)

Hola mi nombre es Jose A Melendez. Recientemente fui diagnosticado con un tumor maligno en el area de la prostata . Debido a esto tendre que someterme a una cirugia para extraer la misma . Hemos buscado segundas opiniones para poder optener el mejor tratamiento y resultados en este proceso y se me ha recomendado hacerme la cirugia fuera de Puerto Rico . Acudo a ustedes para solicitar su ayuda ya que tendre que estar fuera de la isla por unos meses y lamentablemente no cuento con los recursos para poder cubrir los gastos que esto conlleva. Para poder recibir atencion luego de mi cirugia mi esposa me estara acompanando y no podra trabajar durante todo ese tiempo, adicional tendre que incurrir en gastos de hotel, vehiculo , comida, instrumentos necesarios luego de la cirugia, entre otras cosas que puedan presentarse en el camino. We have sought second opinions to be able to obtain the best treatment and results in this process and it has been recommended that I have the surgery outside of Puerto Rico.
