Prosthetics for Shanna Buono

 On the evening of January 3, 2019 our good friend Shanna Buono was in a tragic accident involving a private airplane. Shanna sustained horrific injuries when her right arm was amputated, and she lost her left hand and wrist just below the elbow.

Since that time Shanna has undergone multiple surgeries and medical procedures and continues to require medical care.

Shanna was a barber by trade and the accident has taken her livelihood away. Although Shanna courageously attempts to live her life, she is faced with constant challenges. Brushing her teeth, getting dressed, eating a meal, combing her hair, etc.  These are just a few examples of the challenges Shanna faces everyday.

Shanna is in desperate need of prosthetics that will increase her ability to perform simple everyday tasks. She has been informed that the cost of her prosthetics is $230,000.00 dollars.

In 2019 we raised $21, 800.00 that is currently in Shanna’s benefit account.

We are reaching out to you to ask for your support and generosity in helping Shanna raise the funds to purchase the much-needed prosthetics. Any amount is greatly appreciated.

This may seem like a mountain that can’t be moved, but we have faith that people will find it in their hearts to be a blessing in Shanna’s future.  Shanna is a dear soul and God has great plans in store for her life. We have many opportunities to help others in life and receive the blessings from doing so.  We are asking everyone for prayers, to give Shanna the strength and courage to make it through this tragedy.
