Protect Ethan and Vinnie

On 17 MAY 2023 at 1149, Kincie Marie Kimble went to Heaven. As per her last wish, I would adopt all three of her sons. We had discussed this before the wedding in June 2022. We discussed this with the biological father of the oldest in June 2022. November 2022, I let the biological father of the two youngest know our intentions. He verified that he received my written notification of intent.

Keep in mind that in his divorce, as the petitioner, he gave Kincie sole custody and all parental rights. Later, he granted me more of his parental rights so that I could extend medical and dental benefits, making the two youngest my dependents. Less than 3 days after her death, he decided he was going to attempt to take them. Fortunately, a court not only granted the requested injunction but also a TRO.

Multiple people can verify that Kincie's wish was that I would adopt the boys, protect them from neglect/abuse, and prevent the two youngest from going to the youngest. I am doing everything in my power to honor her wishes. These boys were her life and now they are mine. We have the court date of 27 JUN 2023 to start the adoption hearing.
