Funds & Legal Fees for Alex Jones' Abandoned Child

America is outraged at Alex Jones’ defamation of the murdered elementary Sandy Hook school children.

What America doesn’t know is that Alex Jones’ own daughter is terrified, in need of protection, cannot get the care she needs, and stands to lose her home, because of Alex Jones’ actions.

 

GG is a 14-year-old school child who found the courage to leave her father, Alex Jones two years ago. She has been denied support and rejected from his family for leaving that cultic environment and abuse, and she is often subject to horrible cruelty and manipulations from her father.

She stood up for herself in the fall of 2020, and has lived with me since, reporting her truth to CPS and trying to get overtly biased Judge Lora Livingston to hear her in conference.

Alex Jones and his attorneys have lied to CPS in the past while in possession of evidence they knew was true and lying in violation of the Rules of their profession, while mandatory reporters, to assure my children would be denied protections.

In late July of 2021, Alex told GG that he had to “move on” and has “turned off his feelings.” When he said that he "washed his hands of her" in court, Judge Lora Livingston laughed. On Christmas Eve of last year, Alex Jones raged at my child for wearing a mask, yelled at her that she was "sick" and "not his daughter," and ripped her half sister away from her after GG agreed trepidatiously to see him without a supervisor, so she could see her little sister (who is not my child.)

Alex has breached all agreements, did not disclose Erika Jones' arrest for family violence with bodily injury on and resisting arrest Chrismas Eve in 2021, and did not diclose her subsequent arrest and/or warrant when Erika violated the Emergency Protective Order the criminal court rendered.

The Travis County District clerk imposed a seal on the family litigation in Travis County because Alex Jones' attorneys called her and told her to. This is Unconstitutional and has denied me equal access to efile and my past attorneys too.

After Erika Jones' arrest on Christmas Eve 2021, the Travis County District Clerk would not let me file an Original Petition as all Texans have a right to do, by efiling and having that case be open to the public and for efiling, delaying my ability to pursue emergency temporary relief in the form of the clearly necessary emergency temporary restraining order for a week, after family violence with bodily injury, while my child was present during this event (GG's older sister), to assure that I would be heard from the biased Judge Livingston.

Judge Livingston had mocked me in court, wouldn't let me present evidence, told me to destroy evidence, destroyed judicial record I asked be maintained, sealed hearings in violation of the 1st Amendment, and did nothing other than to order Alex Jones not drink within 24 hours of possession of the children and take a drug and alcohol testing, thereafter not caring about the results and Alex Jones' violations of temporary injunctions when he was drunk and high on air and promoting drug and alcohol abuse to our kids (who have been impacted by this promotion, my older children) and America with Joe Rogan.

Judge Livingston imposed the same injunctions on me although I don't drink or do drugs and have never had substance or alcohol problems, so that when I have to present orders to Texas law enforcement (who has tried to intimidate me and who will not help) and my children's school, I look like a troubled woman that I am not.

Judge Livingston and previous Judge Naranjo imposed unconstitutional prior-restraint injunctions on me, that I could not say specific things in the future, and I lost my children for responding to the horrible threats, defamation and harassment that Alex Jones and his attorneys caused in deceptive and untrue broadcasts, while violating my privacy and my children's privacy (and the seal they imposed on the litigation, presenting documents out of context and alongside lies that "Alex never tried to take the children" and about forced, illegal actions they took to assure I was out of State while my property was stolen and defrauded of me). I did lose my kids for speaking out against Infowars, and for my political and necessary Free Speech.

The Court Orders rendered cast me in a false negative light and include a provision that I have to get permission from Judges who have controlled all litigation, rendered Color of Law Rulings and abused and/or exceeded their discretion to redress grievances about numerous people, although I have only grieved Alex's attorneys Randall Wilhite, Allison Wilhite and possibly David Minton for their Trial Publicity violations on Infowars, violations of Court Seal and Extrajudicial Statement order and/or assistance thereto. These orders present me to be a troubled woman with a scorched earth mentality. I do have many serious valid grievances to file with the Texas State Bar, Texas Commission on Judicial Conduct and the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists. The Bar didn't care, and the Commission on Judicial Conduct didn't either (about Judge Naranjo, although other people have grieved her too).

I look like a terrible person on orders that were rendered after I prevailed in Jury trial, which denied me my jury award and time with my kids for months and my son almost entirely. There has truly been a concerted effort to harm me to the irreparable injury of my kids, by many corrupt people in the Texas legal community and judiciary. I do not dislike all attorneys and judges and sincerely admire the ethical attorneys and judges who uphold their oaths, their rules and the Law, for which I have a tremendous respect.

 

Alex Jones has abandoned GG according to Texas law, as he refuses to pay for her medical and other needed support, although he is court-ordered to do so and it is only a part of what I have already paid. He has made GG believe I am depriving her of money she needs, which I have paid and which he will not.

Alex has not bought GG Christmas and birthday presents, or even called her, he demolished/remodeled her room, will not return her personal property, and gave away her beloved cat, who she still misses so much.

GG has nothing from his homes that was hers while she lived there for the years she was denied her mother, and Alex Jones won't pay his part of child support that he owes, nor the complete $2000/mo he was only ordered to pay in June of last year (and I never received any monthly support until that date and have paid hundreds of thousands in child support), or sending her a Christmas or birthday present, have shown GG that her father has abandoned her.

Alex Jones once let GG see her little sister so that he could accost me, as he did for taking her to pierce her ears for her birthday after the Texas State and National Winter Storm Emergency in 2021. I was forced to write my own argument in three days for a non-compliant, secretive, sealed "paper trial," and during that time Alex Jones hovered over my home in low airspace, filming me and GG and our land, terrifying my daughter, who I had to comfort and assist, and harassing/threatening me in that way, as he has often done in other ways, such as by having me followed by PIs (who make sure they know they're following me and take photos into my property), having a hidden camera placed in a fake elevated pvc electrical or plumbing pipe pointed into my property, and I believe he is the most likely responsible person for the drones that have flown up to my home's window two times and filmed into my home.

 

GG has been heartbroken and anxious due to her father’s actions. GG has multiple disabilities recognized under 504 which were mocked, shamed, ignored and denied by her father, including a medical condition that necessitated her five-week stay in a major US Children’s Hospital last summer.

 

Alex has made a video mocking GG for her medical condition. When she was in his “care” he wouldn’t let her take prescribed medications, use orthopedist prescribed protective gear and crutches, and denied her medically necessary prescribed care/laboratory testing.

 

GG has said that her stepmother called her a “faker,” and that her stepmother assaulted her. Erika Jones (who is facing trial for her second DUI charge, with a blood alcohol level of over .15) accosted me in the past when I tried to stop her from forcing GG to participate in the sport she had enrolled her in while GG was orthopedist-directed not to play sports.

 

Your support will help pay for legal fees to protect GG and to assure that we can pay the mortgage on her life-long home, which I had to mortgage to pay for legal fees. Alex Jones has sued me for almost eight years. I have exhausted the entirety of my liquid assets, and am out of money.

 

GG was never ordered to receive monthly child support until May 2021. GG’s medical & care bills often exceed $2,000/mo.

Alex Jones is a multimillionaire who has just sold one of his mansions valued at $7-10 million. He travels in private jets and offers million-dollar bounty prizes on Infowars.

Alex Jones pays his attorneys to dodge his child support obligations, rather than pay to support his child. Alex Jones has made as much as $700,000/day while he has refused to pay a percentage of years past-due child support he owes and also agreed to pay.

 

In 2017, I prevailed in a trial by jury that cost millions of dollars, in which I showed the bias of Alex’s paid experts. After the press left, Alex and his attorneys went on Infowars.com to defame me and to praise the judge, who then allowed Alex to sue me again, solely for addressing this public defamation.

 

I lost my kids for speaking out against Infowars.com, the entity. I spoke out because it was so important to me to warn America about the danger of Infowars. I have truly been denied Due Process and my children the rights of protections they were and my youngest still is guaranteed for her safety and welfare under the Texas Family Code.

 

I have exhausted all of our resources in defending litigation, and Alex's attorneys have fabricated evidence and hidden evidence to get credit for monthly child support that Alex still owes. Alex owes over $1000 in monthly child support, according to the Texas Attorney General's Child Support Division. He doesn't not pay the $2000/mo in full any month, his attorneys have sent misleading information to the AG and filed deceptive pleadings in court, specifically to block child support. I am paid $923 twice monthly, because, I believe, Alex created some manipulation that his bi-weekly paycheck is less than the amount that would require him to pay the amount in full and outright.

As a layperson, I have to learn the law and use tools that cost, for instance, $99/mo for Trellis.law, where I can access filed attorney pleadings and motions to model from, $96/mo for casetext, a caselaw and Statute search engine with citation provider, $95/mo for business tier Dropbox for terabytes of information, $110+/mo for internet service (I live in an urban area and had to pay over $10K to have broadband services brought onto my property), over $6K/mo for the home I had to mortgage to pay for my past counsel to defend Alex Jones' litigation, for court fees and costs, and many other related expenses. These are fees I have had to pay for services I have had for years.

GG starts high school this year, is a teenager and her care, clothing, food, phone, and utilities expenses are high. She loves to study piano, theater, and art, and Alex wouldn't pay me for a piano lesson that cost $45 that he agreed to pay, as many other things that he agreed he would pay, so her many gifts and interests can be supported and lifted up.

Alex won't put his credit card on-file with GG's orthodontist and has selectively paid his percentage of just one or two of her monthly braces payments, I paid for our middle child's orthodontics and he won't pay his part, and he does this so that I have other things I can't pay and a credit card I have had to pay on with interest, bill collectors after me, when he owes me money that is truly pocket-change to him.

Alex has breached all agreements, did not disclose Erika Jones' arrest for family violence with bodily injury and resisting arrest, nor the subsequent arrest for her violation of the Emergency Protective Order that was rendered in criminal court. Erika Jones continues to drink or has continued to drink while charged with her 2nd DUI, she has threatened my child's physician, and she has driving my child after drinking andor while ordered not to, according to my child.

 

Alex Jones never cared about GG as he pled in his lawsuits, or he would be paying her child support and respecting her person and wishes to see only with a supervisor present. He wouldn't use his own child, GG's half sister as a manipulative and vilely cruel tool, denying her access to her own sister while promising she can see her only to refuse last-minute over and over again.

It is hard to ask for money, when the money that we need for legal fees is outrageous and so many other children are suffering. With the money that has been wasted on litigation Judges could not accept as properly filed and on fraudulent matters unconstitutional and while violating my rights under Color of Law, the millions wasted could have funded hundreds of children's needs for many years.

My legal fees have been in the hundreds of thousands a month in the past, and I have spent everything I had to get GG safe and in better health and to defend litigation. I have spent millions of dollars to defend fraudulent litigation Alex Jones brought, wrought with aggravated perjury and his attorneys' misconduct and fraud. I did used to get my hair done and have gone on one trip to Alaska. The car I bought I have sold, as almost all of my personal property that had value.

I cannot work, because I have had to do everything I can to defend litigation and try and protect my kids, get the child support I am owed and to reverse years of injustice. The work I could pursue at this point would not pay the mortgage I had to take out on my child's home. We live in Austin, Texas, and the typical house price in my zip code (the zip code that assures my daughter goes to school in the District she has been in and stays with her friends on her bus) is $969,564, according to Zillow. Taxes are exorbitant, as is insurance, Austin, TX has one of the most over-valued housing markets in the country, and the median house price outside my zip code, in the place where we have lived for so long is $676,906.

 

I never intended to have to bring our family’s tragedy to the public’s attention, but in secrecy and sealed hearings, America and the legal community have not been able to understand the true injustice that has affected my children’s lives.

Alex has made millions off of horrible conspiracy theories, which I believe he has used in litigation against me. Please don’t believe Alex Jones and his attorneys’ conspiracy theories about me. I’m just a mom like you, who wanted to leave abuse and to protect her kids, and who cares about children and America. I wouldn't ask, but we are struggling, and I regret having to do so when Alex could so easily pay what he owes.

The amount I'm requesting is so I can support my child and retain counsel, and I appreciate your consideration and time, anything, while I know we all struggle and it's hard to fathom the cost of Alex Jones' repeat litigation and that he won't just pay child support.

To enforce child support and pursue necessary actions for my children will cost, I estimate, at least $70,000, based on my past experience. In the meantime, I still have to pay the costs for fees for services I cannot do without and court costs. I will have to file "in forma pauperis" (as a pauper) if I can't raise the $350 it will cost me to file this week, and I will have to pay hundreds of dollars to have what I file served, including with subpoena duces tecum, which is the subpoena you file that requires the respondent to bring documents, which I will use to get the phone data Alex Jones' attorneys released to the Sandy Hook plaintiff parents Neil Heslin and Scarlett Lewis.

This phone data goes back over two years and will contain not only the horrible and terrifying and/or manipulative and uncruel communications my ex-husband, Alex Jones, sent my daughter, but, I believe, further evidence of his abuse of process and fraud in the litigation he brought, suing me for years.

I do spend my time advocating about family court injustice and against propaganda, which I feel is my duty and assistive to others who cannot have a voice. I have not made money at all from doing so. If and when I recoup some of the property that was defrauded from me, I have offered to give a major part of it to the Sandy Hook plaintiffs. I also will use whatever I regain to support my child, have security, and to create media and hopefully a foundation to support other moms suffering injustice in family court, as well as to lobby and advocate for real change in our obviously broken family courts, as to bring the corrupt bad actors who harm children for profit to legal justice.

 

Thank you for any small amount you might be able to provide. It will matter for my family, and, I hope for lots of other people too, who will understand by my legally necessary activity that Alex Jones is not the family man he presents himself to be to sell vitamins and propaganda, that he is a censor, not the censored, and that, when attorneys' misconduct is lawless and judges protected Alex Jones outside the Rule of Law, hiding his actions under void seal, that injustice has impacted America and the world, all the way up to the United States Capitol on January 6th.

The injustices that have been hidden and occurred in family court have empowered, protected and emboldened Alex Jones in ways that have had irreparable National impact. They have assured that his propaganda remain unfettered on a platform I tried to stop, taking my kids for trying to stop it. That propaganda has destroyed many families and has been so divisive, usurping the unity and the middle ground we used to be able to find as Americans, politically. It has bolstered extremism and promoted insurrection.

As such, I will continue to act as duty-bound, for my children, in support of the Sandy Hook plaintiffs, and to be as loud a voice as I can be to advocate about family court corruption and expose the hypocrisy and dangers of Infowars' propaganda.
